I'm going through a very similar situation with Appliance Connection. To mount the appliance Install the two front ear mounting brackets on the appliance using the included screws and a 2 Phillips screwdriver. I’ve never dealt with a more dishonest or unprofessional company in my life.BUYERS BEWARE!! At this point I’m finished calling them I’m just gonna take my losses and hire a local professional to try to get them going. They will sadly lie to you and tell you that they sent you a partial refund but they never do. And good luck getting a refund from this company on anything they won’t do it. I went to Home Depot three different times trying to facilitate the install buying tools and components that were needed and should have been sent with the washer and dryer considering that I paid for them. When I finally receive the units the installers arrive with no tools.
The next time I will call they would say there is no ETA. From there I would call every two weeks and one time I would be told that the ETA was two weeks away. We carry a full range of brands from traditional. They told me the unit I ordered was in stock when I placed the order on the phone then somehow I was number 27 in line. The biggest Spanish chain has a variety of appliances, electronics and hardware for your new home. In operation for over two decades, Appliances Connection has become the most trusted name in the retailing home appliances and kitchen appliances. Many many lies over and over from this company concerning my delivery. I wish I had noticed they had a D minus rating with the Better Business Bureau before I sent them $4000. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
